Which countries does ODEA ship to?

We currently ship to all EU countries. You can find more information about shipping costs here.

Which provider will the jewelry be shipped with?

We send our jewelry only insured with DHL to ensure fast and safe shipping.

How fast is shipping on average?

Within Germany you will usually receive your goods within 2-3 days. The delivery time within Europe is around 4-6 days.

Where can I find shipment tracking?

We will send you the link for shipment tracking by email. You can track your delivery at any time.

Questions about Orders

Can I cancel my order?

As long as the jewelry has not yet been dispatched, i.e. you have not yet received a dispatch confirmation from us, you can cancel your order without any problems. In this case, please send an email to support@odea–collection.com.

I have placed an order but haven't received a confirmation. What should I do now?

You will receive a confirmation email every time you place an order with ODEA. Check the SPAM folder first if you haven't received one. If you cannot find what you are looking for there, please contact our customer service and write an email to support@odea–collection.com.

How long can I return items?

You can easily return items to us within 14 days of receipt. You can find more information about the return conditions here.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email from us in which we will inform you about the shipping of the jewelry. There is a shipment link in it that leads you to shipment tracking. The DHL shipment number is also given there.

How does the ODEA Basic Line differ from the ODEA Premium Line?

The ODEA Basic line is the ideal alternative for everyone who prefers fashionable and affordable jewelry. These pieces are made of robust metals, which are given a perfect shine and shape retention by an 18-carat gold plating.

Our ODEA Premium-Line is made of high-quality and durable sterling silver, which has also been refined with an 18-carat plating. This makes the jewelry durable, high-gloss and long-lasting.

Do you also offer silver jewelry?

In the first collection, we focused on gold-colored jewelry. We also want to offer silver-colored pieces for future designs. If you would like silver jewelry from ODEA, you can also send us a message to support@odea–collection.com – then we know that the need is there.

How often does the collection change?

We offer new pieces on a monthly basis - so it is worth paying a visit to the ODEA shop more often.

Is there a charge for the newsletter?

Subscribing to the newsletter is always free and with us it will always be free.

Why do I have to confirm my newsletter subscription?

The so-called double opt-in is prescribed by law and protects you from being entered in newsletters without expressly requesting it. In order for you to be registered in the ODEA newsletter, your registration must therefore be confirmed.
