Returns

Would you like to return jewelry? No problem: you have the right to return purchased goods to us within 30 days of receipt. Please use this returm form, which you print out and fill out in the package with the jewelry and send it back to us.

Please make sure that the returned jewelry is in its original condition and that the boxes are still intact. We cannot refund items with significant signs of use or damage. Please use our original box for the return shipment.

We recommend sending the package back to us insured so that the returned jewelry arrives safely. You can use a shipping company of your choice for this.

As we are still building our brand, we cannot currently bear the costs for returns. That means: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot accept non-prepaid returns and have to send them back to the sender.
